How many of you had a Ford as your first car (like myself)? If so, you’re in for a treat !
A visit has been arranged for members and guests to The Ford Motor Heritage Museum which has been planned for the past 18 months but has only just come to fruition as the Collection has now finally been moved from Essex up to Northamptonshire.
This visit is a must for all aficionados of Ford UK cars from the 1950s and 60s and as we have exclusive access to the Collection on 12th October and since the Museum is not normally open to the public, this is a not to be missed opportunity.
We will meet at the site which is located in Daventry, Northants and full details of the address together with timings etc. will be issued nearer the time, but meanwhile please contact Alan Wallwork as soon as possibkle to register your interest and book your place.
At this stage, the cost of the visit is unknown, but as numbers are strictly limited and since we have to notifythe museum of the likely size of our Group, you are advised to register your interest quickly please.
All replies will be registered and will places allocated strictly on a first come, first served basis in order to be fair to everyone.
