We are delighted to announce that the Lord Lieutenant of Essex, Mrs Jennifer Tolhurst, has graciously agreed to unveil one of our latest Red Wheels, that on the Cliff Lift in Southend. Lady Judy McAlpine will also be present.
The ceremonial unveiling of the National Transport Trust Red Wheel will take place at the top station at the Southend Cliff Lift at 11a.m. on Tuesday 25th July 2023.
We anticipate that the ceremony will take approximately thirty minutes, following which light refreshments will be available at Hotel Seven, directly opposite the Cliff Lift.
