The aviation site at Farnborough combines both modern 'high tech' offices and a magnificent collection of heritage buildings and equipment - some significant enough to be Grade 1 Listed.
The first of our Farnborough RWs has been awarded to 'Building G1' - the Army Balloon School & Store of 1905/06 - which now houses FAST - the Farnborough Air Sciences Trust and a fraction of its unique collection.
We managed to erect our RW (alongside the Cody statue) just in time for this year's Farnborough Air Show but its official unveiling will be on Tuesday 16th October - the 110th Anniversary of Cody's first flight. Admission to FAST is free. Other details to follow.
